What is thigh choke?

Thigh choke, also known as a triangle choke or sankaku-jime in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and judo, is a submission technique that involves using the legs to choke the opponent. The attacker wraps their legs around the opponent's neck and one of their arms, creating a triangular shape. The pressure applied with the legs and the leverage of the attacker's own body can cause the opponent to become unconscious. The thigh choke is a popular submission technique in grappling martial arts and is often used as a counter to an opponent's attempt to escape a mount or a guard. It requires a high level of skill and technique to execute effectively.
